Accessibility

We want people to be able to understand and use the Wasatch Parking marketing website. Accessibility is ongoing work, and feedback helps us improve.

Our accessibility goal

Wasatch Parking aims to provide a marketing website that is usable by a broad range of people, including people who use assistive technologies. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical engineering target while we review and improve the site.

Accessibility depends on content, code, browsers, devices, assistive technology, and third-party services. This statement describes our goal and feedback process; it is not a certification that every page, feature, or third-party service will work perfectly in every combination.

How the site is designed

The marketing website is designed to support practices such as:

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, lists, links, buttons, labels, and status messages.
  • Keyboard navigation, visible focus, and a skip link to the main content.
  • Responsive layouts that reflow for smaller screens and text enlargement.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative treatment hidden from assistive technology.
  • Color and contrast review, without relying on color alone for important meaning.
  • Reduced-motion preferences and content that remains available when motion or JavaScript is limited.

Automated checks are useful but do not identify every accessibility barrier. We also use manual review and practical feedback to guide improvements.

Request help or report a barrier

If you cannot access information or complete a task on the marketing website, email help@wasatchparking.com with “Accessibility request” in the subject line.

When comfortable doing so, include:

  • The page address or name of the feature.
  • A short description of the barrier.
  • The browser, device, or assistive technology involved, if relevant.
  • Your preferred way to receive the information or our response.

Please do not email payment-card information, credentials, license plates, violation evidence, access codes, or other sensitive details. We will review accessibility feedback and work toward a reasonable response or alternative when one is available.

Third-party services

The marketing website links to services we do not fully control, including the secure parking portal and social platforms. Those services may have their own accessibility features and support processes. If a barrier prevents access to a Wasatch Parking service, contact us and identify the service involved so we can help route the request.

Ongoing work and statement updates

We expect the website and relevant guidance to continue changing. We may update this statement as we improve the site, add features, receive feedback, or change providers. The “Last updated” date shows when this page was most recently revised.

General accessibility questions may be sent to help@wasatchparking.com.

Need accessibility help?

Tell us which page or feature is creating a barrier and how you would prefer us to respond. Please do not include sensitive parking or payment information.
